The famous author, Ernest Hemingway, frequented and favored the restaurant, which led to its name – Hemingway’s Cuba. Hemingway’s Cuba is a special downtown Asheville restaurant because it overlooks the Blue Ridge Mountains, which makes it the perfect scenic view.
